梅奥医学中心心血管教授寻求我院青年医师、博士研究生赴美访学
Dr. Francisco Lopez-Jimenez, Associate Professor of Dept. of Cardiovascular disease, Mayo Clinic is looking for doctors or Ph.D students with scholarship, who are interested in the study of cardiovascular diseases and metabolic syndrome to do one or two years research with his team.
Candidates shall have
1, proficient English for the communication in the group
2, holdling a scholarship of Shandong University or other foundations
3, good professional background.
This program does not offer financial support from Mayo Cinic at the beginning due to the financial crisis. But most of the students can live nicely in Rochester with 10,000$ a year. The good thing is Mayo Clinic is a world-known medical institute.
Dr. Francisco Lopez-Jimenez is also on the board of editors of American Journal of Cardiology, holding positions in organizations such as Epidemiology Group of American Heart Association.
