cancer letters IF 3.277 (2006):
虽然影响因子不高，但也确实折腾我不少！但这个杂志给我的影响却是比较好的.所以就想写点东西给以后想投这个杂志的同志们一点经验！
cancer letters 与其他一些杂志不同的是需要推荐审稿人的，一般需要推荐4个人左右！我本人觉得作为我们中国的博士生，英语肯定不如母语是英语的人写的好！所以在推荐审稿人的时候我们也应该首选母语不是英语的专家来评审，比如西班牙人，德国人等，这样他们对英语的要求不是很苛刻，对我们来说就比较有利。当然也不要推荐日本人，日本人对中国的文章还是比较苛刻的！
cancer letters 审稿一般需要一个半月！这个时间还是比较准的。刚开始投过去后，没有消息！就每天点击邮箱，看投稿系统中的状态, 当状态变成underreview 后就很少变化了。一个月后还没有变化，就跟让我着急了！就在网上搜寻，看有没有关于cancer letters 的投稿心得的文章，不负我所望的是还真有一篇，但里面只是提了一下cancer letters 审稿一般要一个半月！这下心里面稍微有些放松了。心想没有消息就是好消息吧！等到距离开始审稿整一个半月的时候，就开始看状态，查邮件就是没有消息，后来一查那天刚好周末，人家老外也休息啊！果然，星期一就来消息了！没有直接拒，让修改！心里窃喜，这说明还有机会啊！
紧接着的日子，就是按照审稿人的意见修改初稿了！其实审稿人提的意见还是满苛刻的！当然我们不能面面俱到的去做到他所提到，这时候回答问题时就需要迂回战术！此外，审稿人提的有些问题也不是那么到位的！
辩审稿人的问题的时候，最好不要直接说人家不对！一般谦虚些会比较好，通过引用参考文献等说明这个问题就可以了。
回答问题其实花不了多长时间，但是回答问题的英语一定不要写的太差，这些一般主要是主编看了，要是英语太差，对主编的印象就会大打折扣的。最好还是多看看。最令人头疼的是，审稿人提出实验缺少数据！这就需要补充数据了。我整整补了三个星期！对我来说，这段时间也是煎熬，因为编辑部只给了一个月时间修稿！
问题回答完了，数据也补充上了！这样有些段落就需要重写了！这个时候一定不要怜惜以前的文字，改修改的修改，重写就重写了！这样对文章整体是有好处的！
问题回答了，数据补充上了，文章也做了很大的修改！该投了修改稿了！一看时间离限定时间只有两天了！就着急投了！也算该放心了！可是又遇到另一件令人揪心的问题，就是投稿过程中需要递交一份revision notes! 一时没有明白这是什么，该怎样写？都没有模板的！就急匆匆问一位以前投过cancer letters 的师姐，问她头修改稿时需要递交的manuscript, manuscript with tracked changes， revision notes 分别指啥，该怎样写？（因为之前投的peptides不需要这些的）。但是收到的邮件却是，你自己看看啊，时间长了我都不记得了！
这可该怎么办呢？死马当活马医了！就硬着头皮写了个revision notes (修改记录），其中我也就把修改的地方大概罗列了些，总共写了十几条吧！就投了， manuscript 就是修改过的文章编辑好，manuscript with tracked changes 就把文中修改过的地方用红色标了出来 。总之，这样弄了也比过了限期好啊！
就这样在中复杂的心情中投了出去，心里蛮担心的！投出去第一天一天至少看邮箱5次以上！呵呵，以前师姐说她的修改稿投过去后一周多才有消息的！所以想着等上一周再说，但是一开电脑还是忍不住查邮件！焦急啊！第二天早上中午也是这样！到下午的时候，由于试验比较忙，就没有看！偏偏这个时候电话也停机了！
晚上回到宿舍打开电脑，还没有想着查邮件，就想开QQ看看留言！突然一个很久都没有闪动的头像闪动了，是我师兄发给我消息的，说让我看看邮件， cancer letters 应该接收我那篇文章了！惊奇啊，做了重大修改的文章，也不需要我再修改了，就直接接收了！呵呵，我想应该有两方面的原因：一，说明老外也想着中国人的英语就那样了，再不为难了！二，说明我的英语也还行（哈哈，当然是自吹自擂了）。总该接收了就是好事啊！
其实，在投稿过程很多东西并不是很难准备的！但是不知道是怎么回事，就总希望能够找到个模板之类的参考参考！我这样找了，没有找到让我很沮丧。所以就把我自己的贴出来，希望能够对没有投稿经验的同仁有所裨益！

...... there is no mechanistic basis studied as to how it causes cytotoxic effects in these cells except measuring for some early and late indicators of type of cell death it induces and measuring mitochondrial membrane potential which is already known. Never the less, the main strength of the study is the in vivo data ...... But the major drawback is not having ....... This seems to be important and should be considered in designing in vivo experiments.
