pmc算是免费全文网站，pubmed不应该算吧．
pubmed只是提供网站的链接，里面的free fulltext占的比例相对比较少了，而且free fulltext一般也是杂志相关网站提供或者pmc提供．

PUBMEDCENTRAL算是PUBMED的。
BIOMEDCENTRAL也是OA的数据库。
www.DOAJ.ORG里面都是OA的杂志，比较多的。

open acess的生物医学杂志pubmed大部分都有链接。

通过pubmed中books的链接至Bookshelf，可以查阅到biomedical books。

个人感觉
pubmed里面的全文似乎比以前多多了
