题目:关于 MPK的,没记清
内容:

  讲座9点开始,我去的时候报告厅已经坐满了人,楼下的车停的也比较多,看来是个重量级人物来作报告。我坐在最后一排,话筒声音有点小,但还行,不过那位教授说为了讲座的质量,他决定用英语讲。,英文的PPT倒是没什么,英文讲说对我来说听起来难度很大。可以说是基本听不懂,能听懂单词但是连不起句子来。听来一会,看着PPt,我大体上明白讲的是怎么回事了:

MPK-1 能够抑制LPS激活的macrophage 释放P38 等物质。这种抑制作用对机体起到保护作用。

用链球菌感染 MPK gene knockout 小鼠,结果小鼠很敏感,大量释放p38等炎症物质,对机体产生损害, 即使使用gentamycin 也无法改善症状

然后又讲了MPK的作用机制。

glucocorticoid 能够促进MPK的作用

基本上没听懂,大体只明白这一点意思,自己水平还不够
