求助：治疗肝癌的好医院 [复制链接]

好朋友的爸爸刚刚被诊断为肝癌，听朋友说，是单发的，3厘米左右，没有转移，不过现在叔叔肝衰竭，没有手术，现在在88医院化疗

请教大家这方面全国最好的医院是哪里？

To be frank, at this advanced stage, no treatment could really prolong the survival. Systematic chemotherapy is not a good idea, the best treatment is just supportive treatment.

And you should ask you father and other siblings to have a test for HBV and HCV, if positive, test liver function and AFP every 3 months.

thank you very much.  But he is my friend's father , not my father

Liver transplantation is the best  and only chance to maintain a  longer survival,especially when the patient have the indication to process this procedure.(Roma III standard)  

Because in China, actually most of HBV positive patients (over 70% or so) are infected by their HBV positive mothers, so when you find a HBV patients, suggest his siblings to take a test, too.

Sorry, I didn't read the post carefully. 3cm in diameter, that's small liver cancer. I guess liver funtion failure is due to advanced cirrhosis. If so, liver transplantation is  the best and almost only choice. If your friend's family is wealthy, better go to Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjing, instead of in Shandong.

待肝功能改善，能耐受手术的时候手术切除瘤子

肿瘤治疗的第一方法就是手术，不能手术的时候就要创造手术机会

到齐鲁看看吧，水平不错了已经
