摘要：简要介绍干燥花的起源、特色、发展、干燥方法，研究干燥花加工工艺，以牡丹花为实验材料，配制几种不同的保色剂，通过不同浓度和时间的浸泡处理后用不同干燥剂包埋，选取最佳的保色方法。 试验结果表明：用不同保色剂处理鲜花时保色剂浓度和处理时间是影响保色效果的一个重要因素。
