具体职位要求如下：启程，与诺华一起发展远行 With the rapid business growth in China, Novartis Pharmaceuticals is currently looking for talented Medical PhD graduate in top schools for the following position: Medical Management Development Program (MMDP) MMDP is a 1-year full time trainee program for talented medical PhD graduate to become key player in Medical Affair function in Novartis Pharma. It’s a modular trainee program, in which participants will take job rotation in three important functions: Clinical Development, Marketing & Sales for 1 year in total. Experienced mentors will be assigned to the participants to facilitate their learning and practice in the whole program duration. Successful participants will be placed as Medical Advisor after the program.
