客户主管： 职位描述:
1、独立负责和完成客户经理或高级客户主管交付的工作；
2、协助客户经理或高级客户主管提供符合客户特殊商业需求的完整营销策略方案、研究报告和战略措施，帮助客户在不同阶段设计和实现项目目标；
3、协助客户经理或高级客户主管规划设计项目的总体解决方案，设计项目实施方案；
4、协助公司对外宣传并参与软文撰写；
5、协助撰写营销策划方案和活动实施计划，并为项目的具体实施提供支持。
职位要求：
1、医学、市场营销专业本科以上学历；
2、一年以上客户执行工作经验；
3、沟通能力和协调能力较强；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神；
5、有医药广告公司工作经验优先考虑；
6、良好的英语沟通能力，熟练操作Office软件。
高级分析员： 职位职责描述:
1、单独完成单人操作的医药调研项目；
2、与他人配合完成项目的执行；
3、承担市场调研项目相应的管理工作；
4、独立承担数据分析、撰写市场调研报告的工作。
职位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，具备医药相关专业背景；
2、两年以上市场研究或数据分析的相关工作经验；
3、具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力及学习能力；
4、熟练使用SPSS统计软件，PowerPoint及基本的办公软件，英语良好；
5、有国内调研公司从事过分析员或咨询师工作经验者优先
6、有医药企业市场部从事过市场分析，产品分析，产品管理及销售管理工作经验者优先
医学支持：
职责描述:
1、配合公司各项目组的医学支持工作，负责与专家及制药企业等进行学术沟通；
2、医学前沿信息跟踪，医学文献检索等；
3、医学专业论文翻译、相关文章及策划文案撰写。
职位要求：
1、临床医学毕业，内科或大内科系统（心血管、糖尿病等研究方向优先）；
2、本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
3、思维活跃，知识面较宽，创新能力强；
4、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
5、具备良好的自我管理能力，能承受较强的工作压力。
实习生（在校生）： 职位职责描述：
1、协助部门经理管理和执行医药调研项目；
2、协助高层经理进行业务拓展；
3、需要良好的理解、分析、计划、项目管理及沟通能力。
职位要求：
1、医科大学本科及研究生学历，非医学院在校生不考虑；
2、有市场调研经验，了解调研流程；
3、具备很强的学习能力，能够承担较大的工作压力；
4、英文流利，可直接撰写英文调研报告，熟练使用PPT、SPSS办公及统计软件；
5、有良好的团队协作精神。
