有些课课时多了也未必是好事,当得当年微生物和统计上的我都快崩溃了,愣是把我一片虚心向学的心磨平了,还有那个病生,也讲的挺没劲的,好多老师照本宣科,凑合弄个幻灯片能忽悠好几拨学生。值得尊敬和佩服的老师是那样的少,安排那么多课时有意思么?况且学医本来就是个很累节奏很快的专业,国内部属医学院的七年制有几个只做一年住院医的?北医内外科课时基本是山医的一半多一点点,都是不到八十个课时,能就此说北医的教学质量比山医差么?
学医本来就是时间紧任务重的活儿,需要个人花很多时间。
要说美国就更过分了,一般大学的医学院解剖组剖生理生化病理药理等课程一年或两年就上完了。Duke的教学安排Molecules and Cells (6 weeks - genetics, biochemistry, cell biology and histology), Normal Body (10 weeks - anatomy, physiology and microanatomy), Brain and Behavior (4 weeks - neuroscience/neuroanatomy and psych) and Body and Disease (20 weeks - immunology, microbiology, pathology and pharmacology) Cornell的教学安排there are three integrated courses. The first block lasts from September to December, and consists of biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, and genetics. The second block beings in January and lasts until April; it consists of anatomy, physiology, histology, and embryology. This is different than a lot of schools because we don't start anatomy until January. The last block goes from April to June; it has general pathology, immunology, introduction to pharmacology and microbiology. In the second year, we take neuro for the first 10 weeks and pathophysiology for the rest of the year. We have 8 weeks to study for boards.
