"a good pregnancy outcome"翻译为"正常妊娠"不知道是不是合适, "spouses or partners"翻译为"配偶"也太简单化了.
原文的一些细微的意思是很难完全用中文体现出来, 同样, 中文翻译成英文也有这个问题.

40岁以上妇女妊娠结局分析

【摘要】 目的 了解40岁以上高龄妇女的妊娠及其对分娩的影响。 方法 对93例40岁以上孕妇(观察组)进行了回顾性分析并与同期分娩的30岁以下孕妇186例(对照组)作对照分析。 结果 观察组妊娠合并子宫肌瘤、盆腔子宫内膜异位症及心脏病发生率(分别为12.9%、12.9%及10.8%)显著高于对照组（P<0.005）；其妊娠高血压综合征、前置胎盘及产后出血发生率(分别为31.2%、8.6%及19.4%)显著高于对照组（P<0.005）。观察组剖宫产(93.6%)及择期剖宫产率(92.0%)较对照组(分别为28.0%、50.0%)明显增加，两组间差异有极显著性（P<0.005）。观察组新生儿出生体重低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 40岁以上孕妇的妊娠合并症和并发症明显增多，剖宫产率高, 应加强围产保健。

Pregnancy Outcome in Women Aged 40 or Older

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of pregnancy in women aged 40 or older on delivery. Methods A retrospective cohort study, including 93 cases of pregnant women aged 40 or older and 186 controls at age less than 30, was conducted. Results The rate of pregnancy with uterus myoma, pelvic endometriosis, heart diseases, pregnancy induced hypertension, placenta previa and postpartum hemorrhage in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(12.9%，12.9%，10.8%，31.2%，8.6% and 19.4%， respectively)（P<0.005）. The rate of cesarean delivery (93.6%) and selected cesarean section(92.0%) in pregnant women aged 40 or older was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).No significant differnces was shown in the neonatal asphyxia rate and neonatal mortality between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The incidence of pregnant complications and cesarean section rate were higher in women aged 40 or older. More perinatal care should de done for these pregnant women.
